Enterprise Construction Group is an engineering-led construction company in Miami operating exclusively across Miami-Dade and Broward counties. We deliver high-end residential estates and commercial builds across South Florida, from structural shell to final finish.
What sets us apart is not just what we build, but how we build it. Our roots are in shell construction, and we continue to self-perform the most critical phase of every project: foundation, reinforced concrete, and masonry, executed under stringent HVHZ standards with full in-house control.
There are no structural subcontractors. No gaps in accountability. We own the structure from the ground up, ensuring precision, sequencing, and performance are never compromised.

Co-Founder
Sebastián leads field operations at Enterprise Construction Group with a technically driven and execution-focused mindset built across residential, civil, and industrial construction. His strength is in translation: taking what exists on a set of drawings and turning it into precise, organized, coordinated work in the field, where the real decisions happen and the real risks are managed.
He brings a deep understanding of constructability, sequencing, and system integration, actively driving the coordination of structural, architectural, and MEP scopes in real time. His hands-on presence on site allows him to identify and resolve conflicts at their source, maintain workflow continuity, and enforce quality and safety standards without losing pace or precision.
Within ECG, Sebastián’s role is central to delivering projects that meet the company’s standard: on time, on budget, and fully compliant with the Open-Book model and HVHZ construction requirements that define how Enterprise builds in Miami-Dade and Broward.

Lázaro brings a strong technical foundation in structural systems, load transfer, and lateral force resistance to every project Enterprise Construction Group undertakes. His experience spans residential, industrial, healthcare, and municipal construction, sectors that each carry distinct regulatory, logistical, and performance demands, and that have sharpened his ability to plan, coordinate, and execute across environments that leave no room for error.
His approach to construction is systems-based. He works to ensure full alignment between structural, architectural, and MEP scopes from the earliest phases of a project, anticipating conditions, resolving conflicts before they reach the field, and maintaining the continuity between what is designed and what is built. That discipline is what separates a project that delivers from one that surprises.
At ECG, Lázaro enforces the Open-Book model with the same rigor he applies to structural execution: full transparency, real-time cost control, and complete accountability at every stage. All work is executed under strict HVHZ standards, with an emphasis on structural integrity, code compliance, and long-term durability under South Florida’s demanding conditions.
